At Upstaged Designing, we believe staging your home should be easy, convenient, and stress-free. That’s why we’ve outlined our simple process and provided a general pricing guide to help you plan your staging budget. Please note that these prices are estimates and may vary depending on the specific needs of your property.
Process and Pricing
Property Viewing
We view your space for a complementary site visit and get to know you, your space, and the scope of your project. We will be taking pictures and video of your spaces and answering basic questions.
Stage Day
On Stage Day we ask that you give us the house to ourselves to create your project transformation! We will work quickly and carefully treating your home with respect as we move all the pieces into place.
Project Proposal
Once we have seen your space, we take the pictures, videos and notes back to our warehouse and our team formulates a unique Staging strategy to showcase your home in a way to appeal to the most buyers. We schedule your Stage Date, send you our Agreement and collect the Staging fee.
De-stage Day
Once you've got an offer on the house and the appraisal has come through, we are ready to De-Stage your property. Contact us to set up a De-Stage day and we will remove the Staging with the same diligence and care to leave your property in tip top shape for it's next owner.

Things that can vary pricing include but are not limited to: Distance from warehouse, number of flights of stairs, larger spaces needing more furnishings than what is listed in the basic package, specific inventory needs, utilizing homeowner's furnishings, etc..
